Hello, my name is Candace Keeling! I am a volunteer firefighter, lover of cheese, sushi, soccer, hiking, music festivals and travelling!

I have been a realtor since 2013, but have been involved in real estate as an investor since January 2010 when I was in third year at Western University and purchased my first home and student rental property. After that purchase I never looked back, real estate became my passion, when you do what you love, you never work a day in your life!

In July 2015 I got into AirBnB and was the first realtor in London, Ontario to specialize in AirBnb rental properties.
I like doing things in pairs; I am a dual-licensed realtor with the ability to operate in both Ontario and British Columbia. I am also fluent in both French and English!

Having lived in London my entire life I know all about it and its surrounding areas very well! I have been around for all of the market shifts. I moved to British Columbia a couple of years ago and purchasing another AirBnb property there. If you are thinking of relocating out of province I have lots of experience to help you out!

My name is Bridget Gatschene, the newest agent to join the Investing in London Realty Team. While I may have been registered as a Realtor in 2023, I have been involved in Real Estate for many years.

I purchased my first home in 2014, a 4-level detached backsplit in White Oaks that needed a lot of love. It was a great learning experience and allowed us to build some equity for our next home, a beautiful Byron home, which we decided to purchase and flip. After renovating and eventually selling it we were able to purchase our very first investment property in 2018 in SOHO, entering the exciting world of being landlords and property managers. We quickly found out, it is not a passive income stream as many may lead you to believe. But it worked out! As tenants moved out, we were able to do some much needed renovations to the building and learn how to qualify and place the right tenants as well as the ins and outs of the RTA (Residential Tenancies Act).

After doing substantial renovations, we refinanced and purchased a second investment property in 2020; a ten-unit just minutes away. We learned how valuable it was to have these properties close by for when issues inevitably arise
I had lost my job as a server at Cora’s when the pandemic hit. As things opened up I started looking for other jobs and eventually found my way to join the Investing in London Realty Team Administrative Assistant in May of 2021. We all clicked pretty quickly and after a couple of years behind the scenes I signed up for Humber College and started studying to become a Realtor, finally becoming officially registered in 2023.

When I'm not helping people reach their real estate goals I spend my time gaming and out with friends. I'm a big sucker for concerts, trying the newest restaurants, and travelling.
