Hi, This is Sam and Raman-young working professional couple who got tired of renting matchbox condos in Toronto. Space was always on top of our list when it comes to home buying. We navigated and explored various cities and boiled down to London Ontario as our choice for settling down. There were lots of challenges.We started our home search last December 2022 in London, Ontario. As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions and concerns. We found top agents in London through Google search. We called them to see if they are compatible with us.After the first video call with Justin, we made up our minds to go with him. Justin was incredibly patient and understanding. He took the time to explain every detail and was available whenever we needed him. We were very nervous and totally exhausted with the idea of travelling to London every weekend from Toronto to explore houses-but Justin made it easy -he offered us video walkthroughs of the potential houses. He made sure when we came down to London, we had a couple of houses to explore just so as to utilize the full day judiciously. His keen eye for detail and understanding of our needs were commendable. He found us the perfect home within our budget. Not only that, We were surprised how Justin went above and beyond in recommending us to the contractor/Painter we asked to touch up the house. We were also having the challenge of finding a lawyer. With Justin’s help, we found the right and trustworthy Lawyer. Since our closing was within 60 days, we did ask Justin to get a few things in order with regards to the exterior of the house though we are yet to be the owner of the home, it was very challenging.
